About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical performance of a medium-sized aged care home. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.

About You

Current AHPRA registration (essential)
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in residential aged care
Proven experience in change management
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and best practice
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement
Confident managing budgets, resources, and operational processes
