- AHPRA Registration is essential for this position.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a leadership position in Aged Care.
- Experience with change management essential
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
