An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care facility in Melbourne’s south-east

We are seeking an experienced aged care leader who combines strong operational and commercial capability with exceptional customer service and people leadership skills
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous General Manager experience within residential aged care, highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable senior aged care leadership role for non-clinical applicants
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to complete the required background checks
