Facility Manager

As Facility Manager, you will hold the autonomy to lead the facility. With solid clinical support and high occupancy levels, this is an outstanding opportunity to put your stamp on the facility.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive work culture among staff members.

Requirements
  • Significant leadership experience in residential age care
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with residents, families, and executive leadership.
  • High-level understanding of strengthened standards in aged care
  • Solid understanding of budgets, resource management, and occupancy levels
