About the role
Reporting directly to a long-standing CEO, you'll lead a well-established Residential Aged Care home where the foundations are already in place for success.
Your focus will be on leading people, strengthening team engagement, maintaining excellent clinical and operational outcomes and continuing to build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
You'll be joining a home that offers stability alongside opportunities to lead exciting improvement projects over the coming years.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration preferred
- Previous Facility Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Sound understanding of aged care compliance, accreditation and governance
- Passion for building positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional resident outcomes
