Facility Manager (Aged Care) - $170,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation

We are partnering with a growing, for-profit aged care provider seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a medium-sized residential aged care facility in the Lakemba area.

As Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, leading from the front to deliver excellence in clinical care, compliance, and team engagement. You will play a key role in embedding strong clinical governance, enhancing quality systems, and fostering a positive team culture.

Unmatched onsite and shared support ensures you’re never doing this alone, including:
  • Onsite support from Care Manager and a Clinical Care Coordinator
  • Direct reporting line to a highly experienced, well-established Executive team
  • Centralised shared services across Clinical Governance, Quality, Education, HR, and Finance

About You:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager / Director of Nursing in residential aged care
  • Strong knowledge of ACQS, ideally with experience overturning non-compliance and leading accreditation processes
  • Proven track record in change management is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with a proactive mindset
  • Full Australian working rights
