An established aged care provider is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a large, modern residential aged care home in Mildura. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong aged care leader to step into a well-supported home with an experienced clinical structure already in place, allowing you to focus on leadership, culture, and quality outcomes.
There are some fantastic support structures within the organisation with hands on regional management and quality support teams. You will report to the Regional Manager and be supported by a Care Manager in this small facility.
- Large facility in need of a hands on leader
- Regional Manager currently acting in thr role
- Structure: GM, CM x 1, CCC x1, Quality x1 RN's, PCA's, lifestyle team, head office support from Regional Managers and Quality team
- Flexible start finish times
- Fully accredited until 2028
- $150 - 160K (Dependant on experience) + Super + Salary Packaging
- Fully accredited aged care residence

- Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care.
- Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards
- Documentation Standards, Residents Rights, An-ACC and other relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practices.
- Well developed communication skills and leadership skills
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- Desirable: Previous nursing management experience.
