This is a standalone, close-knit service with a strong reputation and a steady, sustainable growth trajectory.
The model is focused on consistent, relationship-driven care rather than high-volume delivery.
They are now looking for an experienced leader who can step in confidently and continue building on strong foundations.
You’ll lead a small team of RNs, Care Coordinators, and Admin/Rostering with the support of an on-site executive team, HR, Quality, and Payroll, all within a values-driven, faith-based organisation.

About You / Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within Home Care / Community Aged Care
- Confident managing operations, team performance, and service delivery
- Financial and business mindset, with the ability to support service growth
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
