About the Role:
As a Community Care Coordinator specialising in Home Care Packages, you will play a pivotal role in helping seniors access the support they need to maintain their independence and lifestyle choices.
Benefits:
- Fantastic package offered - up to $90K + super + salary packaging
- Supported by experienced admin/rostering/care staff
- Report to an experienced and supportive Home Care Manager
- Lots of autonomy in the role
- Monday - Friday role - travel involved (can be based in 3 different offices around Adelaide)
- Work alongside other approx. 11 Care Coordinators
- Excellent opportunity to grow with the organisation
- Significant experience within the Aged Care industry in a similar role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Sector as well as Home Care Package and other programme guidelines and service requirements
- The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong interpersonal + leadership skills
