A unique Hospitality Manager opportunity within a well-established aged care provider in Sydney.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing catering services within a portfolio of residential aged care facilities across the Greater Sydney region. Reporting to the Executive team, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, food safety standards and hospitality operations while mentoring a team of hospitality staff.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in head office in Sydney, with travel required across a portfolio of aged care facilities.

About You
  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or equivalent, ideally within experience overseeing multiple residential aged care facilities.
  • Qualifications Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Current National Police Check and a valid Australian Driver's License.
