This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager within Aged Care. Working for a leading NFP organisation, this role oversees the kitchen, dining experience, cleaning, and laundry.
Full budget responsibility and the freedom to create and implement your own menus and policies. Lots of autonomy and responsibility on offer, working with an outstanding executive team.
To be successful you must have:
- Experience in a similar role within aged care, hotels, or hospitals and appropriate trade qualifications in commercial cookery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing an aged care kitchens
- Experience with Budgets
- Experience with implementation/utilisation of computerised menu/stock management systems
- Possession of a Current Food Safety Supervisor’s Certificate
- Significant experience in high-quality food preparation with a flair for presentation
- A desire/passion to create an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for our residents.
- Must have a valid Police Check/Certificate.
