Lifestyle Officer / Carer | Luxury Aged Care Residence
Position: Permanent Full-Time | Rotating roster (including weekends)


This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new Aged Care facility in North Sydney, offering the chance to shape the resident experience from day one.
We’re seeking a Lifestyle Officer with the flexibility to support care duties, who is passionate about delivering meaningful engagement while also being hands-on when needed.

The Role This is a hybrid position, combining lifestyle coordination with hands-on care support. As the service grows, offering long-term development and variety.

You will:

• Deliver engaging and meaningful lifestyle programs tailored to residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living when required
• Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Manager and Director of Nursing
• Contribute to building a positive, person-centred culture from the ground up
• Be flexible across shifts (AM, PM, weekends)

About You

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (essential)
• 2–3 years’ experience in aged care (Lifestyle and/or Carer role)
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Passion for person-centred care and resident engagement
