Are you a passionate and committed Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real difference in community health? Join our dedicated Aboriginal Community-Controlled GP Clinic and become part of a team delivering holistic, culturally safe, person-centred care.
About the Role As a valued Nurse Practitioner, You’ll provide advanced, holistic primary health care that is culturally safe, respectful, and responsive to community needs. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and lead preventive health programs.
NPs in our community will build strong, trust-based relationships, support continuity of care, and work collaboratively with Aboriginal Health Workers, GPs, Elders, and families.
