Salary: $71.92/hr + Super & $15,900 Salary Packaging

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Nurse Unit Manager to lead a small but busy Acute and Urgent Care service. You’ll oversee both areas and stay clinically involved, stepping into Urgent Care when needed. This is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership but still wants to be on the floor making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across Acute & Urgent care
- Manage staffing, rosters, and workflow
- Support and develop your team
- Step into Urgent Care during busy periods
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain standards
- AHPRA registered RN
- Significant ANUM or current NUM experience
- Background in ED or Urgent Care
- Post graduate certificate
- Experience working in rural/remote setting
- $71.92/hr + Super & $15,900 Salary Packaging
- Enjoy a great work-life balance (Monday–Friday, no regular weekends)
