The Role
As Nurse Unit Manager – Operating Rooms, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theatre department while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. You will lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive workplace culture and strong team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise clinical care and operational performance within the operating theatre
- Manage staffing, workflow, and resource allocation effectively
- Drive a collaborative and respectful team culture
