Currently seeking a strong NUM to oversee the clinical operations of a small 40- 50 bed unit within an aged care home in Geelong. Reporting to the General Manager you will oversee all clinical matters in your unit with the support of an excellent and well ratioed floor team.
For this role, you will ideally possess excellent management skills, a thorough understanding of the aged care accreditation process and residents with high care needs and challenging behaviours.
About the role:
- Hourly rate of $65 - 69 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging
- Home is running well with no non-compliance
- Flexible start and finish times

- AHPRA registration- DIV 1
- Experience within a similar role within aged care is essential
- Understanding of the accreditation process
- Knowledge of AN- ACC
- Experience leading a team
- Current Police Check
