We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Operations to join a leading, privately owned, values-driven aged care and integrated health organisation overseeing a diverse portfolio of modern residential aged care homes across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
This is a key executive leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, forming part of a high-performing executive team responsible for driving operational excellence, clinical governance, and exceptional resident experience across a large multi-site network.
In this pivotal position, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across 10+ aged care homes.
The role requires ongoing travel across all sites, with flexibility to base yourself at a location closest to home, and accommodation support provided for regional travel where required.

We are looking for a highly credible senior operational leader with strong aged care experience and proven multi-site leadership capability.
You will bring:
- Registered Nurse qualification (essential)
- Significant experience in Regional Manager / General Manager / multi-site leadership roles within aged care
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation, compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing operational teams across multiple sites
- Strong coaching and influencing capability at executive and site leadership level
- A hands-on, supportive and visible leadership style
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across metro and regional Victoria
