What we're looking for
- Current or recent experience as a NUM, Perioperative Manager or senior perioperative leader
- Full Working rights & AHPRA
- Strong clinical knowledge across perioperative services
- Strong operational leadership skills, including budget management, KPI performance, process improvement and perioperative workflow optimisation.
- The confidence to take the next step into a broader service management role
