We’re currently working with a fantastic private hospital in the Newcastle region offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced NUM or senior perioperative nurse ready to step into a Perioperative Service Manager position.

What we're looking for

• Current or recent experience as a NUM, Perioperative Manager or senior Nurse leader
• Full Working rights & AHPRA
• Strong clinical knowledge across perioperative services
• Strong operational leadership skills, including budget management, KPI performance, process improvement and perioperative workflow optimisation.
• The confidence to take the next step into a broader service management role
