Redstone Recruitment is seeking experienced Practice Nurses and Primary Health Registered Nurses for contracts with Aboriginal Health Organisations across QLD.
Join a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally safe, holistic healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. With multiple locations and short or longer-term contracts available, we’ll help you find an opportunity that suits your experience and availability.

Working alongside nurses, GPs, Aboriginal Health Workers and allied health professionals, your responsibilities will include:
- Health assessments and preventative healthcare
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- Immunisations and health promotion
- Wound care and clinical observations
- Patient education and follow-up
- Accurate clinical documentation using Communicare
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse – Division 1
- Minimum two years’ Practice Nursing or Primary Health experience
- Communicare experience is essential
- Full Australian working rights are essential
- Experience in immunisations and chronic disease management
- A strong understanding of cultural safety and community health principles
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
