Redstone Nursing is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to work with Aboriginal Health Organisations across regional and remote parts of New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland. These roles offer the chance to make a genuine impact while enjoying excellent pay and conditions.

About the role:
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic primary healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Your day-to-day will include health assessments, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and patient education — all within a collaborative, community-led environment.

We’re looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
• Minimum 2 years’ Practice Nurse or Primary Health experience
• Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management
• A strong understanding of cultural safety and community health principles
