An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality and Education professional to support clinical standards and staff development at a well-established, high-acuity aged care home. In this site-based role, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and clinical team to maintain best practices and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Quality and Clinical Governance Framework
- Lead internal audits and assist with accreditation preparation and outcomes
- Deliver education, onboarding and in-service clinical training
- Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address skill or compliance gaps
- Coach and mentor staff in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Review clinical data and support the implementation of improvement strategies
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with quality systems, audits, and accreditation in aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to deliver engaging and relevant staff education
- Sound clinical skills and ability to interpret clinical indicators
