Quality & Governance Manager | Aged Care | Brisbane

I'm partnering with an established not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Quality & Governance Manager for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

This is a broad quality position with the opportunity to influence governance, risk and continuous improvement across multiple services. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders while supporting teams to translate quality requirements into practical improvements.

Main Duties:

• Lead and strengthen quality and governance systems across a diverse service environment
• Drive audit, assurance and improvement activities to maintain strong standards
• Oversee risk processes and identify opportunities to improve organisational performance
• Champion practical continuous improvement initiatives across services and teams
• Provide quality and governance advice to operational and senior stakeholders

Essentials:

• Relevant tertiary qualification within healthcare or a related discipline
• AHPRA registration highly regarded, with Registered Nurses encouraged to apply
• Strong quality, governance, compliance or risk experience within healthcare, aged care or community services
• Sound understanding of relevant quality, regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and system change
• Current National Police Check, driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
