We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint a Quality & Clinical Governance Manager, a pivotal leadership role driving organisation-wide clinical oversight during a period of significant sector reform.

The Opportunity
As the exclusive recruitment partner, we are seeking a senior clinical governance leader to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing maturity of enterprise-wide governance systems aligned to the incoming Aged Care Act and strengthened Standards.
Working in close partnership with the General Manager – Quality, Risk & Safeguarding, you will provide strategic oversight of clinical governance, risk, and assurance frameworks, ensuring alignment from Board through to frontline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and embedment of an enterprise Clinical Governance Framework across all services
- Drive organisation-wide governance maturity, ensuring consistency in clinical risk, safety, and quality systems
- Provide oversight of clinical risk, incident management, investigations, and assurance processes
- Deliver high-quality governance reporting, insights, and dashboards to Executive and Board
- Align organisational practices with new Aged Care legislation, Standards, and regulatory expectations
- Support implementation of clinical systems that enhance governance visibility and data-driven decision making
- Partner across a multi-site portfolio (10+ services) to uplift governance capability and accountability

- Registered Nurse (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in Clinical Governance, Quality, or Risk within aged care or a comparable sector
- Strong understanding of enterprise clinical governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and accreditation
- Proven experience driving governance uplift across complex, multi-site organisations
- Highly developed capability in translating data into meaningful governance insights and reporting
- Comfortable operating at a senior level, influencing Executive and Board stakeholders
