Quality & Compliance Lead
Seeking a passionate Registered Nurse with management experience to drive excellence within this well run organisation. This role will be crucial in maintaining resident safety and ensuring adherence to quality standards. This is a permanent Monday - Friday position.

The Role:

you will be required to oversee the quality assurance, risk analysis, aged care compliance, clinical governance, auditing & accreditation standards across a portfolio of aged care residences in VIC
Working closely with the Clinical Governance Manager and Facility Managers at each site.
You will be required to provide accreditation support, conduct gap & risk analysis, ensure a high standard of quality care, continuous improvement, clinical governance, developing & implementing innovative programs & promoting a systematic approach to care.
Some travel will be required

The Requirements:

Valid AHPRA registration - Div 1 Registered Nurse (Essential)
At least 3 years Senior Aged Care Management or Quality and Compliance experience
Demonstrated Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance knowledge
Tertiary qualifications in Gerontology or Clinical Governance (desirable)
Execptional clinical documentation and commision response skills
Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
A passion for Aged Care
Valid driver's license as there will be a requirement to travel as this is a multi site position
