- Oversee Quality & Compliance of a Residential Aged Care region
- Small Portfolio - Sydney NSW
- Permanent Full-time, Mon-Fri role
- Primary Location: Lakemba area - close to public transport
- Based in the office 5 days per week with the team
- Salary: $140,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
- NFP Salary Package up to $15,900 p.a. + $2,650 entertainment card
- Support from 2 Quality Officers, Admin, and Learning & Development Officer.
- The position is becoming available due to a retirement.
- Oversee residential care operations, with a focus on improving service quality and ensuring successful accreditations.
- Act as a proactive leader to guide the organisation through changes in legislation, systems, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support and mentor managers during the transition to new systems and processes.
- Ensure all managers are well-informed and up to date with relevant knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Travel to sites occasionally for audits, accreditations, meetings, and interviews as needed.
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Experienced in managing quality, compliance, and risk across multisites
- Success in managing /experience in accreditations (Aged Care)
- Extensive working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current Drivers License
