  • Oversee Quality & Compliance of a Residential Aged Care region
  • Small Portfolio - Sydney NSW
  • Permanent Full-time, Mon-Fri role 
  • Primary Location: Lakemba area - close to public transport 
  • Based in the office 5 days per week with the team
  • Salary: $140,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
  • NFP Salary Package up to $15,900 p.a. + $2,650 entertainment card
  • Support from 2 Quality Officers, Admin, and Learning & Development Officer. 
  • The position is becoming available due to a retirement.
About the Role
  • Oversee residential care operations, with a focus on improving service quality and ensuring successful accreditations.
  • Act as a proactive leader to guide the organisation through changes in legislation, systems, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support and mentor managers during the transition to new systems and processes.
  • Ensure all managers are well-informed and up to date with relevant knowledge and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel to sites occasionally for audits, accreditations, meetings, and interviews as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Experienced in managing quality, compliance, and risk across multisites 
  • Success in managing /experience in accreditations (Aged Care)
  • Extensive working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current Drivers License
