We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality & Compliance Manager to join a fully accredited residential aged care facility in St Ives. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring a dedicated care team.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience in residential aged care
- Postgraduate qualifications and/or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with prior experience leading a clinical team through accreditation processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
