- Full-time, On-site, Monday to Friday 9-5
The Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality & Education Officers & Registered Nurses
- Develop structured education plans and implement a comprehensive, full-year training program
- Provide on-site leadership in Quality and Compliance
- Support Continuous Improvement activities across the service
- Ensure adherence to existing quality policies and procedures
- Salary contract rate: $70ph + Super & Salary Packaging

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
- Proven experience in a Quality & Education Manager role, preferably in aged care or a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Desirable
- Strong background in designing and delivering staff education and training programs
