Join a fully accredited, not-for-profit aged care facility currently operating at full occupancy. We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical & Quality Manager to lead and support the clinical team and champion best-practice care delivery.

As Clinical Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of resident care by developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical systems, quality frameworks, and compliance processes. This role will suit a hands-on leader with strong regulatory knowledge and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical operations and lead the quality and compliance agenda
- Implement and refine systems, policies, and procedures to meet accreditation standards
- Ensure alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff across all shifts
- Analyse quality data and translate insights into measurable improvements
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and resident-centred care
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years’ experience in clinical quality management in aged care
- Strong working knowledge of accreditation frameworks and aged care standards
- Proven ability to develop and implement policy, procedure, and audit systems
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
- Desirable: Qualifications in healthcare or quality management
