We require a Quality Manager to represent a organisation across their portfolio of homes in Victoria. You will oversee the clinical audits, internal reviews and preparation for homes nearing accreditation.
You will play an integral role within this exceptional management team who put service delivery at the forefront of their business operations.

About the role:
- Establish and maintain quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead meetings on quality and compliance, conducting audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with teams to identify risks and create risk management strategies.
- Support staff in understanding Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Based out of Head Office in inner Melbourne with travel across all homes.
- $110k + super + salary packaging
- Demonstrated experience working in a Quality role within the aged care sector, commission experience highly desirable
- Current AHPRA registration (DIV 1)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and Aged care Act
- Experience with clinical audits, risk management, and policy control.
- Full drivers licence
