We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to represent a leading aged care provider based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in care delivery.
As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of clinical audits, continuous improvement, and accreditation readiness within a large residential aged care facility.

About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience in residential aged care
- Postgraduate qualifications and/or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with prior experience leading a clinical team through accreditation processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
