- Managing the end-to-end recruitment of vacancies for an assigned portfolio
- Business Development and building relationships with Managers to advise and inform on market conditions and best practice recruitment
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners on workforce planning initiatives
- Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, Linkedin and job boards to attract talent and marketing.
- Writing job adverts, assessing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks
- Preparing contract and onboarding documentation
- Min 2 Years Recruitment Experience.
- A thorough understanding of the 360 recruitment role
- A degree level qualification
