We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Quality Manager to join a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider based in Sydney. This is a rare leadership opportunity to influence care delivery across a large portfolio of aged care facilities across metropolitan and regional New South Wales.

In this role, you will lead quality, clinical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing mentorship to a dedicated quality and clinical team.

About the Role:

• Salary up to $160,000 + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits

• Head office-based role in Northern Sydney with frequent travel across metro and regional NSW
• Oversight of a large multi-site portfolio across metro and regional NSW
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional quality and clinical team

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site quality or clinical governance role within residential aged care
• Proven ability to lead accreditation processes
• Strong working knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
