A fantastic opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join a large residential aged care facility.
We are seeking someone who can bring value to this welcoming team with experience in Dementia, Assessments, Palliative Care, Team Leading, Medication Administration and a Resident Focused Approach.

- Deliver high quality nursing skills to residents and support their families, with consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs
- Wound management
- Identification and escalation of clinical deterioration
- Strong documentation skills with knowledge of ANACC/Care planning
- Provide leadership, support, orientation and education to EN's and PCA's
- Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model
- Adhere to safe practice measures in medication management
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- A current Working With Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required
