About the Facility:
Join a respected regional health service located in the Albury-Wodonga Region providing specialist Geriatric Evaluation and Management care within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. This 20-bed inpatient unit delivers high-quality, patient-centred care to older adults, with a collaborative team including nursing, medical, and allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Geriatric Evaluation & Management team. You will play a key role in supporting patient recovery and wellbeing through evidence-based, person-centred care.

In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-standard nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
- Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and collaborative team culture.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety policies.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Rehabilitation or Geriatric Nursing experience (desirable, not essential).
- Competitive hourly rate up to $52 ph with salary packaging benefits.
