An excellent opportunity is available for an ED/Urgent Care RN to join a busy regional health service in Rural Victoria. This health service manages a diverse range of emergency presentations including trauma, acute medical, mental health, and paediatric presentations, offering excellent clinical exposure within a highly supportive team environment.
The department is well-supported by experienced senior nurses, onsite medical staff, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This role would suit an RN looking to further develop their emergency skillset while enjoying the benefits of regional living and genuine work-life balance.
The Role
- Fulltime and part-time opportunities available
- Work across a rotating 24/7 roster including day, afternoon and night shifts
- Manage a broad range of emergency and urgent care presentations
- Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Work within a supportive team alongside experienced ANUMs and NUMs
- Opportunity to upskill across resus, triage and acute presentations
- Modern department with strong focus on patient-centred care and clinical excellence
- Australian nursing experience required
- 2+ years ED or Urgent Care experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- ALS/triage
- Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing
- Rural or regional nursing experience
- Relocation assistance reviewed on a case-by-case basis
