About the Role:
- Take the lead as the Registered Nurse In Charge, guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality, patient-centred care in line with best practice standards
- Provide strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to drive excellence in care
- Ensure compliance with MPS standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Apply your advanced clinical skills across acute and aged care to meet diverse patient needs
- Earn $70-$75 Base Rate + LAFHA + Penalties
- Short-term contract for flexibility and work-life balance

- Scrubs and name badge supplied

- Current AHPRA registration + police check
- ALS certification (essential for this role) + Triage preferred
