Registered Nurse - Residential Aged Care - North Queensland Coast

• $53–$55 per hour + super + salary packaging.

Main Duties:

• Deliver safe, person-centered clinical care to residents.
• Complete clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing reviews.
• Monitor resident outcomes and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Lead, guide and support care staff across each shift.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote strong clinical governance, safety and continuous improvement.

Essentials:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• New graduates and experienced Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's licence.
• National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
