The Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for aged care nursing to join our friendly, close-knit team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, dignity, and comfort are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering safe and effective clinical care in accordance with best practice standards
- A mixture of AM and PM shifts available with an ad-hoc night shift
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support residents’ individual care plans
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Leading and mentoring care staff as needed
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience working as an RN in aged care or residential care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
