About the role…
- Collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse
- Contribute to and coordinate high-quality clinical care aligning with best practices
- Ensure personalized and appropriate care and services for residents in line with clients' policies and Residential Aged Care Standards
- Participate in a team for effective clinical care catering to individual needs
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership, mentorship, and supervision to enhance resident care quality

- Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as an RN in an aged care facility.
- Current AHPRA registration + police check
- Current and up to date flu & Covid vaccination record.
- Must complete all designated shifts!!!
- Full Australian working rights.
