Duties

• Provide high-quality clinical care with a strong focus on person-centred outcomes
• Guide, mentor, and support care staff throughout each shift
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications and closely monitor residents’ health status
• Identify and respond effectively to clinical changes and emergency situations
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse and leadership team to uphold care standards
• Foster a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment
• Demonstrate leadership through best practice and a positive team approach

Essentials

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 1+ years’ experience in aged care (desirable)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid National Police Check
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong understanding of age-related clinical care
• Commitment to resident dignity, rights, and person-centred care
