Residential Aged Care Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Manager to join a highly regarded organisation. The role requires a proactive and passionate individual to play a pivotal role in leading operations within this beautiful aged care facility. This organisation is one of the largest in QLD and is known for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the care team.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation outcomes.
• Maintaining a resident first culture.
• Foster and develop community ties to maintain standing.

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration (Division 1 RN)
• 3 years experience with recent leadership in aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
