We’re seeking a passionate and experienced aged care leader to manage a well-supported, 40-bed residential facility in regional NSW. This role offers autonomy, strong clinical support, and the chance to lead a stable, committed team in a close-knit community.

About the role
As Residential Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team engagement. You’ll lead from the front - empowering staff, fostering a positive culture, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

About you

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager, or Director of Nursing (or a strong Clinical Care Manager ready to step up)
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS) and accreditation processes
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
