Residential Manager – Residential Aged Care – Townsville

Main Duties
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service.
  • Champion high standards of care while promoting positive resident experiences.
  • Maintain strong governance, compliance and clinical oversight.
  • Guide operational performance, financial outcomes and occupancy.
  • Coach and support leaders to build a capable and engaged workforce.
  • Strengthen relationships with residents, families, community partners and First Nations stakeholders.
Essentials
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related discipline, or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Recent leadership experience within residential aged care or a comparable healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
  • Commitment to culturally safe, person-centred care.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards and compliance.
  • Proven operational, financial and people leadership capability.
  • Ability to meet all relevant probity and compliance requirements.
