Main Duties

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service.
• Champion high standards of clinical governance, quality and resident outcomes.
• Drive workforce performance, recruitment and team development.
• Oversee compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
• Manage operational performance, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Support refurbishment projects and future service expansion.

Essentials

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent leadership experience within residential aged care.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and service operations.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance.
• Experience in dementia and palliative care.
• Operational, financial and people leadership capability.
• Experience supporting refurbishment, expansion or service improvement projects will be highly regarded.
