An established, community-focused aged care provider is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join their team, supporting multiple residential homes in Melbourne’s inner south.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will take ownership of rostering across a large workforce, while contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and workforce planning.
The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating rosters across approximately 250 staff, primarily PCA’s and Nursing teams, ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage across multiple sites.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and on-site administration, you will also support onboarding processes such as coordinating buddy shifts for new starters.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain rosters across multiple residential aged care homes
- Ensure compliance with EBAs, Awards, and 24/7 staffing requirements
- Coordinate shift allocations, backfills, and roster adjustments
- Support onboarding by organising buddy shifts and workforce planning
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and rostering systems

- Proven experience in rostering within aged care or a similar 24/7 environment
- Strong understanding of EBAs, Awards, and workforce compliance
- Experience using rostering systems such as Humanforce (highly regarded)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across teams
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving systems and processes
