Roving Residential Care Manager - Sydney

Are you a passionate and experienced aged care leader looking for variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple facilities?

We are looking for a Roving Residential Care Manager to join an established and values-driven aged care provider based in Sydney. In this role, you will provide operational support and leadership across multiple residential aged care homes. This is a unique opportunity for a flexible, hands-on leader with a passion for aged care excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim leadership and operational oversight across sites as required
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Support and mentor Facility Managers, Care Managers and wider care teams
• Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement plans and clinical frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with executive leadership to enhance resident outcomes

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential) with proven experience in residential aged care management
• Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation, compliance, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel between sites as needed
• Full Australian Working Rights & Drivers License
