Senior Lifestyle Coordinator - Aged Care
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator who is looking for their next career move?

Redstone are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join a not for profit aged care facility based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

  • Fully accredited facility with a strong focus on quality and compliance
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lifestyle coordinator position. ideally large RACF exposure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Vaccinations
