What we're looking for?

• Must have experience managing Support at Home
• Significant leadership experience in community aged care
• Proven ability to manage large, dispersed teams
• Solid financial acumen
• Deep knowledge of aged care compliance and quality standards
• Experienced in audits and accreditation processes
• A passion for delivering person-centred, culturally inclusive care
