One of Brisbane's leading providers of Residential Aged Care, have an opportunity for a Training & Development Registered Nurse to join design, develop and lead the training and education for this organisation.
The key purpose of the Training & Development RN is to provide directon to clinical staff in delivering quality care for residents through the development of staff in a learning and education framework.
A role fostering and developing 'a road map' to further build the clinical team.
We are seeking a dynamic coordinator to provide leadership and guidance to all levels of staff developing their ability to deliver comprehensive, individualised care and services to meet residents' needs.

To be successful with your application you must process:
- Current APHRA Registration.
- Certificate in Training and Assessment desirable
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance and continuous improvement incentives.
- Ability to implement initiatives that meet business and individual residents needs identified through training needs analysis.
- Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in designing, implementing and delivering clinical education programs and processes.
