Currently seeking a clinically focused registered nurse to fill this new clinical nurse weekend position within this ultra modern facility in the Bundaberg Region. You will be required to oversee the clinical care within the facility, working alongside an additional clinical nurse and supportive nursing team. The Requirements:

Exceptional clinical skills & experience are ESSENTIAL!
Excellent people and mentoring skills - Essential!
Demonstrated leadership skills + experience
At least 4 years in an aged care leadership/management position
Significant knowledge of Aged care quality Standards
Good communication skills
A positive outlook & passion for aged care
Organisation skills, knowledge of systems/ processes
Computer Skills
Current APHRA Registration
Current police check
